I read every message myself, and you'll get an answer either way. Sessions run in English, evenings CET.

How it actually goes

  1. You write to me. Where you are, what's in the way, what you want to be true in three months. No calendar, no form letter.
  2. I read it. Every one, myself. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so and point you somewhere better where I can.
  3. If it's a fit, we talk. A call to work out the details, agree the focus, and get set up properly.
  4. Then we work. Your real code and real interviews, not toy problems. You leave with a written plan you keep either way.

Tell me what you're working on

There's no booking calendar on purpose. I take on a small number of people at a time, so I'd rather read your situation first and only take the call if I think I can genuinely help.

The more concrete the better. What you're building, what you've tried, what "this worked" would look like in three months. A few sentences is plenty.
