Questions people actually ask
Do my clients need to install the app too?
Right now FitHub Personal is the trainer's tool — you build and manage programs, and share them with your clients however you already do. A client-facing app is on the roadmap.
How does the subscription payment work?
You pay by Pix. You get a QR code, pay it in your own banking app, and your account unlocks automatically within seconds. No card required, and nothing to approve manually.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
What happens to my clients' data?
It is stored in Google Firebase with per-account access rules, and it is never sold or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. The app is designed to run well on mid-range devices, not just flagships.
How does the referral programme work?
Every trainer gets a personal invite code. When another trainer subscribes using it, you receive 50% of what they pay — on their first payment and on every renewal while they stay subscribed. There is no cap on how many people you can invite.
